The original Larks’ Tongues In Aspic Part 1 served as a kind of overture showcasing the different strands of what was then the new incarnation. 48 years on, it serves a similar purpose highlighting the different radical textures and timbre within the current group - especially that wild keyboard solo from Jeremy.
